Tuition & Fees2020 - 2021 Tuition:

Boylan Catholic High School offers a two-tiered tuition scale. One tier is for families that are registered members of one of the Rockford Catholic Deanery parishes. The other tier is for families that are not members of a Rockford Deanery parish.

Families with three or more students attending Boylan at the same time only pay for the cost of two students. Student fees must be paid for every student attending. (Details below.)

Tuition Payment Plan Due Dates:

  1. Annual tuition payments are due in July (1 total payment)
  2. Semi-annual tuition payments are due in July and January (2 total payments)
  3. Monthly tuition payments are due July through April (10 total payments)

FACTS Tuition Management:

All families are required to have a FACTS Tuition account. To set up your account, follow these steps:

  1. Locate an email in your inbox from FACTS Management Co. with the subject line: ACTION NEEDED: Set up your Boylan Catholic High School Payment Plan. Click on the green box labeled “Set up a payment plan” in the body of the email.
  2. Create a username and password.
  3. Confirm your contact information is correct.
  4. Choose one of the three payment plans options (annual, semi-annual, 10-month).

After your account is created, any financial assistance/awards that you have been given will be applied and you will receive a confirmation emails from FACTS.

If a payment plan is not set up by July 1, 2020 then you will automatically set up with the 10 month invoice plan, due on the 25th of the month. There is an annual administrative fee of $20 for annual and semi-annual payment plans and $43 for 10-month payment plans. This fee is assessed by FACTS Management Company and it is not optional or refundable. It will be charged at the time of enrollment/re‐enrollment on the FACTS Tuition account.

Student Fees:

In addition to tuition, there are other required and optional fees. These are typically between $600 and $700 and can be more depending on the classes the student is enrolled in. Also, incoming freshmen and transfer students are required to purchase a Chromebook for $410. Fees will be paid through your FACTS Tuition account. The Chromebook fee will be charged to your account in July and Books & Fees will be added to your account in September.  Download .
