Making Strides Breast Cancer Walk

1st Annual Variety Show

The 1st Annual Boylan High School Fall Variety Show will be presented on Saturday, October 22 at 7:30pm in the Auditorium. Students, teachers, and alumni acts are encouraged to audition, by appointment only, on Saturday, October 1 at 10am or on Tuesday, October 4 at 3:30pm in the Boylan Choir Room. Tickets for the show, which is being coordinated by the Friends of the Fine Arts, are $8 per person, $5 for Boylan students. They can be purchased at the school’s main office, at scheduled Boylan activities, or at the door on the evening of the performance. Proceeds from the show will benefit the Boylan Auditorium’s sound and lighting systems.

Red Ribbon Fair

Boylan Catholic High School is hosting the annual Red Ribbon Fair on Saturday, October 15 from 11am – 2pm in the main gymnasium. The Northern Illinois Red Ribbon Program is designed to promote and distribute information to parents and children concerning drug awareness and the possibilities of a lifestyle without drugs. Various youth-oriented agencies and organizations will be hosting booths offering both education and fun activities in an indoor carnival for children ages 5-12 and their parents.
